Mutant
The Mutated Ghouly is an omited ghouly with tan skin and only one head, in addition to a boil on the side of it's head. It is seen trying to escape form a barred-off area of the Lower Corridors. It can also be seen in the "Missing in Action" page in the gallery. He also appears on the top floor of the Servant's Dormitory sleeping in a bed. Although this time he is competely green. Prima's official guide says that this may be because he is sick. Prima's official guide also says that he is a "super-fat Zombie", but this is probably untrue. See Troll Monster.
